CKD Educational Series Schedule

  • Nephrology Associates of NE Florida feels that an educated patient is an empowered patient. By making more informed decisions, patients become their own best advocate. We have been offering free monthly education seminars taught by our nurse practitioner and physician assistant since 2007. Sessions typically last about 1 to 2 hours and are done in an informal setting at our main office in Jacksonville. Patient participation is encouraged and family members or loved ones are invited to attend as well. Below is a list of the topics discussed and the dates offered.
