As we are the largest Nephrology practice in the greater Jacksonville area, we have offices throughout Northeast Florida. Offices are located in Jacksonville (Northside, Southside, Westside, Mandarin and Arlington), Orange Park, Middleburg, Fernandina Beach and Hilliard. Full laboratory services are available at our main offices in Jacksonville and Orange Park. There are several dialysis units in the area where we provide patient services. Our affiliated dialysis units are recognized for their superior care delivered and patients can expect to be evaluated on average by a healthcare provider on a weekly basis.
